I choose the bear

Well I had such a horrific experience on my run last night. I was running back towards home along the cycle path when these arseholes nearly knocked someone over on their mowped and motorcross bike. I took their photos and they shouted a few words at me. I kept on running and then they stopped their bikes and came back after me. My fear was they could have had a weapon or anything.  So I ran as fast as I could and up through a housing estate and hid in amongst some trees. I tried calling Mr R but he had left his phone in the car. I could still hear the engines but decided to start running to find a safer route home. When I got around the corner one of the bikes was waiting for me down at the cycle path intersection.  So I jumped back in some bushes. At this point I was crying and called my mother in law to come and pick me up. I saw the bike ride away along the road so I ran as fast as I could along to the tesco garage where I knew I would be safe. What a bloody fright I got. I reported them to the police last night. And thanks to social media and the huge amount of people that I know I now have two of their names and one of their addresses.  I have the police coming out tonight for a statement when we get back from martial arts.

I haven't been my best today because I didn't fall asleep for hours and then I didn't sleep well. I absolutely hate little bstards that try and intimidate others. And now I won't be going along this cycle path alone anymore.  My worry is now is that they will recognise me. What dic#s.

So apologies that I haven't been onto journals and I won't be on them tonight.

Goodness knows how I will feel tomorrow as I need to go out for a run to prepare for parkrun at the weekend
