Iced edging …..

….. ….. ….. alongside the Arrow River.
There’s quite a few patches of icy along the river now, and some patches have appeared on the rock themselves - an unusual one in Extras - an ice collar around a rock.

My daughter & I did a yoga routine this morning, just the two of us. It was a Hands-Free Yoga workout that my daughter had sourced. It worked well for me & my wrist, and it made both of us feel like we’d actually achieved doing yoga. So good! Just on 8 weeks since my ice accident.

There was some light rain this morning, resulting in extensive black ice on the roads. The roads had been well gritted by the time I went out, no problems at all. I’m very pleased I got those super new tyres at the end of autumn.
