Great news - the final total from the book sale, cafe, raffle and photo exhibition raised £1700 for the hall funds.  An excellent result! 
Not the best July weather we've ever had but we are getting used to it and dressing accordingly. The sleeveless tops are still being worn, just underneath several other layers! 
The ceranthus/valerian in John's garden is a picture, all the shades of pinks and reds as well as white.  The mountains in the distance are the next lots of rain rolling in!
