One of the Coos

There is a Coo Trail in Perth/Perthshire with beautifully decorated Highland Coos decorated by clever people in various designs depicting subjects pertaining to Perthshire. They are stunning. It’s great addition for the summer as lots of families do it with the map with their kids.

We were in Nero for a coffee then Popped into the Civic Hall area where there is an exhibition of local artists/crafters displaying their work which was excellent.

It was very hot walking home which was nice but wasn’t properly dressed for the sun.
Lunch in the garden then S went paddleboarding. I ended up in bed as suddenly took a migraine with aura. Starts of with a blind spot in one of my eyes. Was doing the jigsaw and wondered why I couldn’t see right then realised what was happening . Then The flashing arc started. Took ibuprofen then went up to bed to lie down and fell asleep . Felt drained afterwards so had a lazy night.

Not had one for a long time.

Did some research on our Amsterdam trip. Asked Guide Geek (AI through WA) and got a very detailed four day itinerary including day trip
