Winters Day in the City

Rain was forecasted for this morning but luckily we didn't see any. Sure was cold. It was good to get some sunshine at times.

I had two medical appointments today. The first one was this morning to see the nurse at the private Urologists specialist to show me how to use the Tens Machine. 

This afternoon my appointment was with the Gastroenterologist for the follow up after the Gastroscopy I had a couple of months ago. He wasn't too worried with the results. Because I can't eat normally he wanted to make sure I was getting the right nutrition. He was happy with what I have been doing so far.
