Brian's Bits

Another line in Census.

Standing alone and proud on Sentry go in the middle of the lawn just prior to a Three day event - scalping it.
DUH? (:¬o) "It is not however illegal to grow Ragwort in your garden, though we would not recommend this as you should not touch Ragwort with bare hands as it can cause health issues."
"It's not there now then rounds all flat." BUT NO bloke in a Bowler Hat.  I didn't handle it, despite not knowing of the warning  I just scalped it.
I knew there was another one, I knew it had a County name - BUT - I chose the wrong University when I sought it out.
"Oxford ragwort is easily distinguished from common ragwort when in flower, because it has loose, spreading flower heads, while common ragwort's flowers are densely packed in tight umbel-like corymbs.  The leaves of common ragwort are usually darker and more glossy and tougher than those of Oxford Ragwort."

( Had to add the "er" onto "tough" it didn't sound right at all.)
