Thistle

Waking before sunrise it was lovely to look out of the window and see the mist hanging over the grasses in the field. I was hopeful of seeing a deer or too with their heads peeking through but no. 

Millie was awake and raring to go so we pottered out onto the terrace and she loved it so much she charged in to wake Poppy and get her out too. I'd seen the forecast for today so quickly grabbed the camera whilst Millie hung onto my dressing gown cord trying to fly.

It's been over 5 weeks now since my Apple monitor went for repair and I was rung up by quite a terse young man telling me Apple have lost it or the job number and have no record of it. Luckily I had my receipt right in front of me and gave him the original job number as I had done twice already last week. He will talk again to Apple and let me know the outcome. I was told that last week too.

No news this week from BA - yet.

The roofer said he'd be here Wednesday so that's a positive. We are forecast severe rain tonight so buckets at the ready.
