Nightare day!

Not at all the day it should have been!

Hubby was on his last shift .... get a text from him about 10am to ring.

Rang & phone was answered " This is the paramedic treating ..... " phone cuts off! Panic!

Finally got a call back ... this time Hubby ..... in a lot of pain ... had to call an ambulance .... off to A&E ..... don't try to come I'll let you know!

What a start to the day!

They checked him all over .... blood tests .... x-rays ..... put him on a drip ..... then did an ultrasound. All clear ..... decided it was the virus that is going round (several of the drivers have had it) & he could come home!

He finally made it home just before 5pm (17:00) .... not the best way to spend his last working day! Not very good for my stress levels either! Thankfully all okay now!
