at 9 the gp rang to say i needed to go to hospital because my sodium is again dangerously low…..i pleaded with him if we could avoid that and try to get it up with extra sodium tablets and less fluid intake….in the end he agreed to do this if i have another blood test tomorrow morning….   so that’s the plan…..i need to learn to listen to my body better and know the signs, i’ve had it a few times before…..

on my way to tell the office to keep an eye on me in case i lose consciousness….so they’re doing that, which is great.

my neighbour and i had 30 minutes entertainment when a scaffolding company lorry tried to back out the jitty behind our garden…..they were touching the gate several times…and had to stop and manoeuvre but in the end they succeeded…..clever driving…..they waved at us and the driver blew me a kiss……:):)
