Switch

…to warn of an opened roof window. After a customised switch has failed and it was weekend (when German shops are closed) I decided to construct my own substitute, from parts of my “cellar collection”. It took me most of Sunday afternoon plus an hour today, but on the other hand it made a lot of fun.

On the left side, the window is closed, on the right side it’s open. An acrylic vane is hinged aside to allow view into the mechanism.
