Bob

Lots of sport today to watch even though I’d rather have been outdoors. Like Arnie, the major results went the way I hoped. I caught most of the tennis, didn’t watch the footie live (just in case) but after I checked the result I saw the second half on catch-up. Spain were by far the best team in the tournament and fully deserved to win. But the major success of the day was Bob MacIntyre winning the Scottish Open, I’ve rarely seen a happier golfer!
Otherwise, had a good, long chat with Shugs and Arnie, caught up with S who’d reached Lynchburg, finally emptied my suitcase, ate almost nothing and didn't throw up. Still feel like crap but think I’m maybe getting better. Here’s hoping!
