Cycle ride first thing. Out by George St to Murrayfield and Saughton Park. Too early for the rose garden to be open. There was a heron fishing below the weir.  Found Ford's Rd and Stenhouse Rd which got me to the Saughton tram stop, from which there's a bike path back to Murrayfield. Flat white at Rose Bean, the former toilet block at Roseburn Park.

Out again later to three harbours; Leith to look at the Azamara Quest  which is terminating one cruise and starting another at the cruise terminal; Newhaven to watch a group getting on to the tender for the much bigger cruise ship out at the mooring; then Granton to watch a small sailboat come in under motor. Partly cloudy, 19C. Back up the Wardie steps and then by no 8 bus to Broughton.
