My Wheat Crop

The third dip in the lake in a week and once again it was heavenly!

Popped to see my Nan and then spent the afternoon tidying up the garden. Spotted these bits of wheat that have snuck up through the plants. Think they are from the odd bits of seed the birds have dropped from the feeder and the pigeon didn't gobble up!

Ran 2 miles tonight, mostly pain free which was good, just got very hot in the process!
