Ride to Shobdon

Had a ride-out with a couple of RBL Riders friends to Shobdon Airfield. I was quite amazed at how busy it was with air movements almost constant, light aircraft and even a microlight. There were gliders too but I didn't see any of them being towed aloft.
I did, however, spot this Horsa glider painting in the bar as I was making my way to the loo. The bar was not open but they do have a very good café. That was the objective of the ride - Some really good bike riding roads, especially the road from Gloucester to Ross-on-Wye, and then breakfast at Shobdon.
And another great ride back.
