Rosa 'New Dawn'

Today's the day ........................ to introduce

This is our newest climbing rose which is aptly called 'New Dawn', that we've planted to climb up an old-fashioned metal obelisk in the middle of the herbaceous border.

This is how it is described in the blurb -  'The pale shell-pink blooms, flower repeatedly from summer to autumn and the superb fragrance produced fills patios and gardens.  The dark green, glossy foliage is strong and resistant to disease.
It is one of very few climbers to be crowned 'World's Favourite Rose', having been handed the gong in 1997. 'New Dawn' is also a proud holder of the coveted RHS Award of Garden Merit, so will perform wherever planted'.

Quite a few buds have already opened and today it was covered in raindrops - but already it's looking pretty good ....................
