Been awake since 3am (no break in the insomnia for two months now), but just as well as my brother’s 4am alarm didn’t go off and I had to wake him. Once he was on his way back to Singapore it was time to get Dad ready to return to respite care. Thankfully N was able to help me again and by 2pm Dad was settling back in and I was back home, starting on the washing, clearing up, repacking case etc etc, ready for the off again tomorrow morning. Hoping that this evening’s footie will send me off to sleep!
