Power folk!

This is (a very poor photo of) the amazing Joe Broughton's Conservatoire Folk Ensemble, the UK's largest folk band, performing at the closing gig of the Furness Tradition Folk Festival in Ulverston.  The band has 50 members, all students at the Conservatoire, including 15 horns, 4 cellos, 5 percussionists, 5 electric guitars, fiddlers, an accordion player, singers... all playing with huge energy and skill. I tried to get a photo of the French horn player and the trombonists jumping around as they played, but I couldn't catch and record their enthusiasm.
