Dragging

My husband suggested a text for the photo: "While we stood and watched the man dragging, he found no bodies". 
The other day the dragger found a car that disappeared from our street thirty years ago. 
It is the fishing club that drags after scrap that lies on the river bottom. The fish hooks get stuck in it, so this is something the club does every year, cleaning the bottom of scrap.
