We approached this cat in Ormeau Park today. I was expecting it to be rather skittish but it was happy to see us and very eager for attention! 

Unfortunately it looked quite skinny and had a croaky meow. We wondered if it had an owner and if it did, they don't seem to be taking care of it very well.
