Went to work, had a blether and a coffee, and handed in sick line, then got a bus direct to the swedish shop. I had bought something several weeks ago, and only discovered this week that the fittings were missing. I phoned and they said to come to customer services. When I got there I got sent to the returns dept. They gave me half of the fittings, but told me to return periodically to the shop to see if they had any to spare. I was not chuffed, and said so in no uncertain terms.Politely of course!! I had not received item, and had been told that I did not need to return item to collect the fittings. She took my name and ordered the stuff to be delivered to me.

Almost bought the pear cider, but would have had to carry it on the bus. Am drinking a can we bought 3- 4 weeks ago.
