Gear farm pasties

There has been a lot of talk on social media and with actual people about the pasties from Gear Farm, near Gweek, and of their being the best.
Today we made the trek there to test this theory and to be honest, it was probably true. A little more sampling required to confirm this ....
Since we were on the Lizard Peninsulas we went on to Glendurgan Gardens with its array of sub-tropical plants and a maze.
A busy day was topped off by attending a lecture at the King Edward Mining Museum on the early classical references to tin-mining in Cornwall. Great to hear a real enthusiastic and knowledgeable speaker talk on the topic. Where is Ictis?!
