A Thousand Splendid Suns

I thought it would take me ages to get through this book. I had already read the author's first book, The Kite Runner, which was a great read, so I knew this one would be in a similar style. This was a delight to read. It was emotion, after emotion, after emotion. My goodness, he can write and gets you immersed in those feelings and situations. I loved this book and had it read in four sittings...I was eager to get back to it each time I put it down. Thoroughly recommend this one.
