Trip to the other end of town. Max wanted a wee bag to take on our trip. Rode some escalators and had a look at expensive camera gear. Met a pal from a long time ago when I was doing my PhD. We moved into their flat when they left Edinburgh. I think that must have been the last time we had seen them. It was very nice to catch up over a couple of beers in one of my most favourite beer gardens.
