Wooten wawen

B and I took Sid and Pierce walking by the canal at Wooten wawen this afternoon. There were lots of sniffs for the dogs. We stopped for a chocolate snack in our usual spot. Sid knows all our picnic stopping places before we even stop :-) We saw a pretty purple flower growing by the canal, there were quite a lot of these flowers. I looked it up and it is called Marsh woundwort and in the past has been used to treat wounds as the name suggests. On the way back we saw a narrow boat going through one of the bridges.
