ICM widwed results

Nicoiseannie and I caught up around lunchtime today to agree on the hearts and HMs for the Wide Wednesday challenge which we co-hosted this week. Results below.

It's been a miserable day outside, wet and grey, so it was a good opportunity to get some writing done. I've decided to continue with the u3a 'writing for pleasure' group which I first went to two weeks ago. The next subject is 'and then there were none' so after chatting over one or two ideas with Callum I had an outline for a short story in mind. Pen to paper and first draft is now done.

I suppose 'pen to paper' should be updated these days to something like 'fingers to keyboard' although actually I quite like both, jotting down notes in my trusty notebook. Little phrases and ideas as you go along. Then transferring to the keyboard once I'm ready to expand into paragraphs. Satisfying to be able to do both I think.

Satisfying too looking at all the wide Wednesday entries this week so thank you to everyone who took part. Handing back to BobsBlips for next week I believe.

My blip today, in case you are wondering, is our garden airplane spinner which was whizzing round suitably for ICM I thought. Even more so when I increased shutter speed.
