...... travelling on the 'Redeye' does to you!

Saw this Greenbottle on the Buddliea leaf in the garden this morning ...... I liked how the sun made it look so bright & shiny ...... do hope you like it too :-)

It would appear that Mr Blackbird has decided to spend another day here ...... he was even chasing off the Starlings as they were coming for their sultanas ..... I think he wanted them all for himself! He'd already eaten all the apple!! He did get his come-uppence though .... when Mrs Blackbird arrived ...... she seemed to be giving him a good telling off!
