Blueberry Day

A friend posted on her Facebook about a u-pick blueberry farm that is actually only five minutes away from my house! Of course, being a blueberry lover, I had to check this out. The road is not one of my normally traveled roads.

I went early this morning thinking I would be picking but they were selling pre-picked so I was a buyer. Worth the price and cheaper than the last u-pick I did two years ago. No picking in the heat for me.

So happy to have home grown blueberries in the freezer for the winter.

I might be eating more than a few today! May be going back to get more just for eating.
