A Red Car Call, Maidstone

Sometimes the smallest elements in an image can make for a shot you really like. I took today's image through two old telephone boxes as I thought the graffiti and the branding worked so well together - and then the  red car swept into the frame and there was my photo for the day!
The extra, "Gurkha Car Hire", was taken on the rather unlovely approach to the town centre. The building on the right hand side of the shot is the now empty and derelict Broadway Shopping Centre. It was built in the 1980's and had "carbuncle" written all over it. It has not stood the test of time and is due to be demolished sometime in the near future.
