A splash of colour!

A lot of my recent images have been monochrome, but some photographs just have to be shown in colour and this is one of them.  Taken from the roundabout looking back to Gourley's Bar.  This shot is in stark contrast to yesterday's image.  I was struck by a comment yesterday stating that most of my images were 'peaceful and calm'; but everyday life is not always so.

Our local council got something right when they planted wild seeds in the roundabout providing a splash of colour during the summer months.  So full marks for that.
