'(Nearly) Fifty Shades of Grey'

A dark, grey day on the prom at Cramond for parkrun this morning. Drizzle to start with, too! 

There was no wind, though. 

So, though I'm still very, very slow and recovering from my five weeks off in April and early May (oh dear, it really does take longer when you're older), I managed my best time since before my enforced layoff.  

Reassuring!
