Night out

The miniMinx is not the only one of her peers to have done well in landing a job straight from uni: her friend Toni has a role as a 'swing'* in 'And Juliet'.

This evening was press night and the girls and one of their friends were going to the event. The Minx wisely suggested we vacate the house and grab a hotel, which we did, and consequently we spent the evening in the Northern Quarter. 

We visited this wonderful bookshop come bar, Queer Lit, and then went on for dinner at Jane Eyre, which was excellent. 

It was perhaps a little weird to be staying in a hotel only a mile or so from home, but we did have a great evening out.
