Street Cleaning

The council has asked the residents to "weed" the gutters and kerbs outside their houses. Mine is now immaculate. I was surprised at how tiring it was doing this task and By George, was it hot!

As always there is a snag. Immediately next to my house is a small piece of land owned by the council. Should I "weed" their bit as well?
