Motorcycling

Unsurprisingly the first thing the grandchildren did this morning was head for the bikes. 
Elizabeth, Hugh and Elliot (Hugh's friend) all graduated to the Yamaha 125.
Adelaide and Henry mastered the PeeWee. Jane had a ride behind Graham and requested a second one.
The major buster was by Elizabeth who tried to copy me (4th extra) and has a matching bung knee, although apparently a minor case. It's a bit swollen but she doesn't need the crutches. 

They had some friends visit for lunch and this afternoon we played scrabble. I haven't played for years and have been afraid to as knew I'd be hopeless. Bec promptly used her 7 letters but fortunately had to leave early to take Elliot home and Adelaide to a sleep over so E and I managed to pass her score for a fairly even finish.
