Whitstable

Another visit to Whitstable and it was much quieter, it being a week day & not so hot. I loved the town with it's individual shops. I even found a proper fabric shop that sold dress making materials and patterns, haven't seen that in years!
This pic was taken in the fishing harbour. I gather the main fishing is for oysters but I saw a woman buying winkles which were steaming as they had come straight from the hopper.
