Exhausted today after being kept awake last night by drunken co-residents talking loudly in the courtyard til nearly 3am.

Then the usual 4hr stop-start return journey round the m25 from Henley. Home to an empty house as S. off on a weekend work expedition.

Stopped the BP M&S at Colchester services and bought a bag of unhealthy crap to sustain me with minimal effort over the weekend!
