Pretty wild flowers at cricket

Sports morning at the juniors today.  At the end they did a mums race.  My first experience of a mums race because they don't do that at the infants.  I didn't run as I am still recovering and I'm glad I didn't.  It was so competitive!  They did 3 races and in the last race, three of the 8 mums running fell flat over they were trying so hard to win, one mum fell so badly she couldn't get up, her knee literally gave way like it was jelly, she ended up in A&E!   She is a lovely mum and I did feel for her! What an eventful sports day, it was like being in an episode of Motherland!  

I suspect that will be the last mums race at the juniors as I doubt it will get past the risk assessment next year...
