Gordon Scott RIP

This week we went to the funeral of our good friend Gordon, whom I had known for over 40 years. He fought long and bravely against cancer. His wife, three sons, eight grandchildren and his brother and sister were with him at the end, which was peaceful. The service was wonderful and gave a real sense of the humanity, humour and essential goodness of the man. We so admired the family members who held themselves together and delivered readings and eulogies. A life well lived. We shall miss him so much.
