Pointy Designs

The area around Bournemouth on the south coast of England thrived in the Victorian era. As a contrast to the repainted public toilets I shared, here are some of the buildings around Seafield Gardens, which have bowling greens, tennis courts, a playground and (now) wildflower areas.

The tallest is a water tower, dating from 1898, whilst the pavilion was built in 1911. Both create an atmosphere of times past.
