Mum …. A good day

This afternoon was the best time I’ve spent with mum since she left her own home in March 2023. She was talking animatedly, not coherent, but that didn’t matter. Mum enjoyed telling whatever was in her head, and she laughed and smiled and interacted with the tea lady. The visit was understood and appreciated.
Back in Purbeck this evening, the traffic was awful.
