Peacetime

Home mid-morning from the overnighter and straight out back for a pedal.

Out for a very-nice-indeed meze lunch at a local place and then to the local multiplex for Longlegs, which was pretty decent without exactly setting the cinematic world alight.

I was really hoping to take advantage of the sun afterwards, so took a chair to the park with my book and a Mallorcan beer (ta for the heads-up Mr Smith, very refreshing I can duly report and I will be making a Lidl trip tomorrow for more!) before, as so often happens ...it just doesn't stay warm enough long enough and I bid a cloud-hastened retreat indoors for the evening.
