The Big House Garden

For Flower Friday I'm adding this photo of Hollyhocks to the mix. I noticed them (how could I miss them?!) while walking by the "Big House" today. It was built by my husband's great grandfather... Steve's grandmother was born here on the island. 

We are visiting the family farm on Wolfe Island, in Ontario, Canada. It is a very beautiful place right on the ST Lawrence River. An additional photo of the house and garden can be found in an earlier blip! 

This is my first time doing flower Friday... Do you always label it: FF plus today's date_year? That's what it looks like, but wanted to be sure!
