Topping And Tailing….!!

Saving the berries….this is all I’m going to harvest this year….its been the most awful year for the fruit garden and the pigeons have beaten me to the blackcurrants..!!
All these are ok…probably make jam immediately with the green goosegogs and freeze the red ones…trying to gather enough red currants to make at least one pot of jelly to see me through the winter..!!

One positive and one negative Covid test today …so we’re not quite there yet for the weekend…..it’s sure taking its time to clear…!!
