A day of unbridled joy, starting with washing and vacuuming the car, washing a bike, hand washing and reproofing a jacket, then finishing with mowing the lawn and digging up a honeysuckle shrub that was threatening to take over. This 'hens and chicks' succulent (semper vivum) was left alone.
I'm not sure if I can take any more domestic delight, but this evening is offering sewing and ironing.
