9xi
A little under 2 years ago, I resurrected my venerable 1993 Minolta Dynax 9xi to take some shots on film for a family wedding. It performed admirably, but the poor old thing gave up the ghost mid way through the final roll of film.
Over the next few months I looked for a replacement body, and after one false start - a camera that powered up once, then suffered a total and terminal power failure after a few seconds - I managed to get an excellent one in which everything seemed to work. For various reasons, though, I never got around to shooting proper modern film with it (as opposed to the odd roll of long-expired stock! :D) - until today.
I'm enjoying concentrating on every shot as I work my way painstakingly through my 36 exposures - so different from the digital "spray and pray" approach! :D - and really looking forward to finishing a roll or two and getting them off to be processed.
