Fallow Deer

I went to Tesco this morning at 7am as I wanted to get the milk and biscuits for the u3a meeting on Monday and I did not want to get caught up in all the road closures.
 
Another day of indoor jobs and paperwork. The gardeners have been and have done great things with the garden.
 
Today’s picture is of a Fallow Deer, this one visited yesterday with another, slightly larger one that had a tiny baby deer with it. It was too dark to get a picture of the baby last night, even if it had stopped running and jumping around. The deer have already started to raid the trees of any apples that might ripen later in the year.
 
The temperature at noon today the temperature was eighteen degrees Celsius.
