An early appointment with the occupational therapist to be fitted with my splint which  has to be worn, at  night, for three to four months. I asked her to take a photo of it, and she was happy to do so. (see extra photo)  She gave a list of exercises that I have to start asap.. What a lovely lady. We were back home in plenty of time for J to take his motorbike foe the MOT. It passed , just like I knew it would.
