Halibut Cheeks
Seared halibut cheeks, Carolina Gold rice with artichoke and mushroom, and salad with strawberry vinaigrette. Some aged gouda for dessert will soon follow.
Halibut cheeks are a new one for is and are quite good. All around, this was an enjoyable dinner.
