... everywhere on our rural and coastal walk this morning. A lovely morning to walk some of the 7 Sisters. A visit to our self store - finally nearly empty and a lovely hour having lunch in the sun with our daughter - Hampden Park. Sports massage to work on niggles and a stretch and release class.
