Glamping

A visit to the physio this morning went well. Okay to do some static biking started. Just got to focus on getting the knee to fully straighten. It hasn’t been able to for so long it will need some targeted work.

Had a hospital appointment this afternoon which was eventful. First a major accident at the junction leading up to the hospital caused a major problem. Then when I got there thinking it was for shoe orthotics it turned out it was for a knee brace!  I thought it had been cancelled when I had the knee replacement. Apparently the message didn’t get through and the appointment letter made no reference to a knee brace or I could have cancelled! So a quick turnaround and back home. 

Went for a walk this afternoon. Near the station is a Glamping site. No takers in the current weather
