I was working through to prepare one of my YouTube videos today when I noticed this. I cannot find this hand signal in any of the official documentation such as the Highway Code, but I'm certain this person was trying to communicate something to my learner...

Maybe it was to inform us of how many seconds he'd been delayed by my learner, who selfishly chose to wait for another car to move...surely she could have pushed it into the pedestrian instead?! That's two whole seconds less to check his texts at the red light now!

Yes, that must be what this hand gesture means. I'm sure of it now!
